THE FIRE WITHIN
A Winter Intuitive Yoga + Freeform Dance Series
This winter, we invite you into a 3-part embodied journey of warmth, presence, and transformation. Each class is a phase of tending the same inner fire—meeting it, moving it, and allowing it to transform you. Rather than pushing or forcing change, we listen to where the fire lives within the body and let it evolve naturally through the season.
January — The Smolder
Tending the quiet heat that sustains you through the dark.
February — The Current
Letting your inner fire begin to move, flow, and speak.
March — The Phoenix
Rising renewed as your fire takes form and flight.
These classes are designed to be experienced together as a continuous winter arc, though each stands beautifully on its own. We warmly encourage joining all three to fully tend the cycle of your inner fire—from stillness to rebirth.

Parents will learn mindful parenting practices so you can be your best parenting selves and bring more joy, resilience, and connection to family life.
Kids will learn mindfulness tools to improve focus, deal with big feelings and effectively manage stress. The parenting portion will be led by Parenting Expert and Founder of BeLove Parenting, Penny Meeker. Kids will practice a wide variety of mindfulness tools with Mindfulness Educator, Jenn McCullough. Developing a more mindful household is more likely when all family members are practicing, modeling, and growing together.
Cost $35/class
